This lake front condominium built in the 1960’s was completely overhauled and updated for a couple downsizing their spacious, traditional styled suburban home. The clients desired a new look for the next chapter of their lives that was more contemporary and this was achieved from opening up walls and exposing columns, putting in dark hardwood flooring throughout and completely renovating the kitchen and all bathrooms with custom cabinetry. Ceiling lighting was added throughout helping bring this tired space back to life. We maximized every bit of space and added a custom cabinet lined utility room and were able to create a small laundry closet for added convenience. Custom furnishings, window treatments and commissioned artwork complete the updated look.
