This traditional center hall classic Colonial home presented a beautiful backdrop for my client’s formal taste. While the moldings and architectural details were already beautiful, along the way we added custom millwork throughout including the formal parlor, a new custom bath and office. The master bedroom was completely renovated, starting with removing an unusual iron spiral staircase in the middle of the room. Wood beams and hanging lighting fixtures were added to the family room to create warmth. All new lighting throughout the home, custom flooring, wallcoverings and window treatments were added to meet the overall desired feel of the space, which in the end is formal without feeling stuffy.
